Stuff I did

About Me: I’m Lisa Moschkau, I help brands design and implement customer data strategies that work in the real world and actually drive results. Whether you’re trying to unify fragmented systems, understand why your CRM isn’t getting used, make sense of CDP investments, or measure marketing impact, I bring practical experience and clear-eyed thinking to the table. My goal is to look at your people, process, and technology to build sustainable systems. The goal is always to empower users at all levels to make better decisions more quickly, not drown them in dashboards or the next ‘big thing’. My background spans retail, sports, insurance, and quick-service restaurants, so I recognize that each business is unique. But the business world is changing quickly, and yesterday’s playbook just isn’t going to cut it anymore so let’s work together to get you set up for tomorrow.

How it all began

I grew up in rural Minnesota, where I learned the game of baseball from my grandmother and the spirit of entrepreneurship from my parents. They showed me that hard work opens doors, but it’s curiosity, creativity, and continuous learning that sustain momentum.

I earned my BA in History and Asian Language and Literature from the University of Minnesota, followed by an MBA from the Carlson School of Management with a focus on Information Systems. That academic foundation sharpened my research skills and taught me how to lead innovative projects using the resources available, skills I’ve carried throughout my career.
